3 Options For Your Team
For companies who aren't ready to engage in my larger and more hands-on projects (typically starting at $30,000+), I designed projects specifically for startups under 50 employees.
In these projects, I would serve as your "backstage" resource during the specified time period for each option, on all matters related to analytics and growth.
I will be available to you and your entire team to provide on-going and as-needed advice, recommendations, best practices and insights to reach your objectives in a reactive and consultative manner. We would converse as often as needed and without constraint.
If not immediately, I will return all phone calls and emails within 24 hours, and usually much faster. You may contact me in an emergency beyond these provisions.
There are 3 options available with varying degrees of involvement.
Option #1: Strategy Design
In this option, I will work with your team through the following things:
- Data Strategy Design for the next 6, 12 and 18 months
- Tool Selection
- Data Schema Design (Technical Tracking Plan)
- Implementation Best Practices Training
We will meet on a weekly basis and as often as needed for 30 days. You can also contact me via email, phone/Zoom or Slack.
Option 1: Two payments of $1,444, one now and the second one in 30 days for a total of $2,888.
Option 2: One payment of $2,600 now which includes a 10% discount.
Option #2: Implementation Guidance
This project includes everything in option 1 and I will also help your team with:
- Everything in Option 1
- Support During Implementation of Tracking Plan
- QA Data
- Build Reports & Dashboards
This option will last 90 days in total.
Option 1: Three payments of $2,185, one now and future payments every 30 days for a total of $6,555.
Option 2: One payment of $5,900 now which includes a 10% discount.
Option #3: Data Analysis
This project includes options 1 and 2 and I'll also help your team with:
- Everything in Option 1 and 2
- Training on Tools & Data
- Guidance on Best Practices for Documentation
- Establishing of Common Data Analysis Workflows (Acquisition, Retention, etc)
The length of this option is 5 months in total.
Option 1: Three payments of $2,044, one now and future payments every 30 days for a total of $10,222.
Option 2: One payment of $9,200 now which includes a 10% discount.

1. You should have a product available in the market with actual users or customers. Otherwise, you won't have any data that could be useful.
