Despite all the hype around data, companies are failing to become “data-driven”. According to the NewVantage Partners 2019 Big Data and AI Executive Survey, 69% of executives report that they have not created a data-driven organization and 52% admit that they are not competing on data and analytics.

This is the reality that I see every day with my clients. It’s really hard to be data-driven.

However, I’m also seeing something exciting taking place. I’m seeing more executives (CMOs, COOs, CEOs, etc) embrace data and drive change throughout their entire organization.

I call them “Data-Driven Executives” and they can make a significant impact on their teams and colleagues. They prioritize investing in data, training their team on how to use it properly and evangelize their results to the rest of their company.

In this webinar, I’ll cover the characteristics behind these executives and how you can become one. I’ll talk about:

1) It’s not about how much money you invest but how you think about people and processes.

2) Being technical is no longer optional but this doesn’t mean that you should start coding.

3) Intuition matters even more, otherwise, you will drown in your own data.
